Hansen, Kohls, Sommer & Jacob, LLP traces its roots to the partnership formed in 1975 between Hartley T. Hansen and Robert T. Matsui. Following Mr. Matsui's election to the United States Congress in 1978, Mr. Hansen and Kevin R. Culhane formed their first law partnership and established the practice known today as Hansen, Kohls, Sommer & Jacob, LLP.
